Remove the air from the silicone vacuum bag before pushing it into the glass laminating furance to start the heating, so as to avoid bubbles appear on the laminated glass. This is because if the operator does not remove the air from the silicone bag in advance and heats it directly, the temperature in the silicone bag will rise too quickly, wich leads to melting EVA interlayer film on the edge of the glass quickly too. By this way, it will leave the air inside the glass. Even if the temperature continues to rise and the air is continuously evacuated in the glass laminating furnace, the air sealed in the glass cannot be evacuated, which will cause bubbles in the laminated glass produced.
